We have pulled together tools to help you streamline your business to decrease your time spent on the business and INCREASE your time with the family or creating new things.

The Free Tool I would like to share with you today is around Time Management:

1. How many hours a week do you REALLY work in the business? Serving clients, admin work, emails, marketing, etc.?

2. Standard work hours per year is 2000 hrs - that is 40 hrs week x 50 weeks. 1800 if you take a two-week vacation and holidays!

3. Now divide your hours worked by the total revenue you collected in the past 12 months = answer is YOUR true hourly rate. Is this number what you want? Are you really earning what the work is worth?

EXAMPLE: you work average 60 hrs week x 44 weeks = 2640 hrs per year divided by $100,000 (revenue) = $37.87 per hr

Is that good enough for you? Is your revenue $100,000 per worker?
