Fear of Success or Fear of Failure - either way we get in our own way of growth. Emotional Intelligence and Positive Intelligence will help leaders manage their emotions for better results.
This session will discuss the four components of emotional intelligence, (EQ) and will dial in on awareness. Participants will engage in a sel-awarenes exercise designed to evaluate their EQ and create some action steps to improve. We will then discuss Posititive Intelligence (PQ) and learn mental fitness strategies to manage our emotions and inner critic especialy in those situations when we are hijacked.
The key takeaway will be learning to respond versus reacting to those triggering events.
